Terms of service
Steady is operated by DitsBits, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. These draft terms describe use of Steady during development and require legal review before they can serve as final service terms.
Using Steady
You may use Steady for lawful business operations and only as permitted by your account and these terms. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another account or data without authorization.
Accounts and responsibility
Keep account credentials and access links secure, provide accurate information, and make sure people using your workspace are authorized to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain rights to the business information you submit. You give Steady permission to host, transmit, and process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you use.
Plans and payments
For a paid plan, the checkout or order will show the standard price, billing cycle, any introductory discount and its end date, and the price due after the discount before purchase. Payment features use Stripe.
Availability and changes
Steady is in development and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will provide notice when changes are material.
