Information may come from you, a business using Steady, a connected service, or your device. The categories depend on how you interact with the service.

  • Account and business details, such as names, email addresses, business contact details, team membership, and sign-in records.
  • Workspace records, such as customer contacts and service addresses, requests, estimates, appointments, notes, photos, invoices, payment status, and communications.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, page visits, and security and application logs.

How we use information
